Beam Bam Gym is more than just a board game: it's also an experience to share in your clubs. We can come directly to meet gymnasts and their families through two complementary options: stands at your competitions or events, and discovery sessions specially designed for your members.

Every season, clubs organize official competitions, end-of-year galas, or open days to showcase their gymnasts. These events often attract many families and are a highlight of club life.
In this context, MCP Creation can host a stand at your event. We will present the Beam Bam Gym game and offer direct sales to families. It's a simple activity to set up that attracts curious people and allows members to leave with an original and 100% gymnastics souvenir.
As is customary in the sports world, the club sets the conditions for hosting its stand, and we will adapt to the organizational rules.

Discovery sessions: a fun activity for your members
Beyond major events, Beam Bam Gym will also offer discovery sessions specially designed for clubs starting in May 2026.
These activities allow your gymnasts to try out the game in real playing conditions. Since the game is played with a maximum of four players per table, we will prioritize small groups so that everyone can fully enjoy the experience. For example, for eight children, approximately 2.5 hours of activity should be planned. This allows time to explain the rules, play several games, and share a friendly moment.
At the end of the discovery sessions, we will offer club families the opportunity to purchase the game.
This option is ideal for:
- an original activity during holiday camps,
- a special day organized within the club,
- or simply to create a fun and educational moment with your gymnasts.
Good to know: the discovery session itself is free; we do not charge for the animation, and we travel free of charge to your clubs located less than 40 km from Meaux. Beyond this zone, travel costs will be borne by the club, based on a personalized quote established according to the distance and location of the event.

How to organize an event with Beam Bam Gym?
