Practical FAQ - Beam Bam Gym
When will I receive my game?
All placed orders are prepared within a maximum of 3 working days.
In France and Belgium, orders are delivered within 7 to 12 working days depending on the destination (preparation + transport).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
For other destinations, delivery times may be longer; please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note: @orange.fr email addresses do not always receive confirmation and tracking emails for packages. To ensure you receive everything, please use another email address and remember to provide your phone number when ordering.
For all shipments, you will receive an automatic email from MCP Creation with a tracking number informing you of your package's shipment within a maximum of 3 working days after placing the order. For shipments to relay points, you will also receive notifications from the carrier for tracking and the collection code for your package. If you have not received anything, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in retrieving your package.
Any order not collected at a relay point within the allotted time and returned to the sender (to MCP Creation) will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the package or reshipped at the customer's expense upon request.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer several delivery options:
- Mondial Relay Point (France and some European countries).
- Home delivery in mainland France and Belgium
- International shipping according to the options available at the time of order.
For orders outside France, first enter your address no matter what, then choose the shipping method (Relay Point or home delivery). The closest Relay Point to the indicated address will be automatically selected by MCP Creation. However, you can specify your choice by contacting: contact@mcpcreation.com
If your address is located in a region or country not configured on our website, contact us via contact@mcpcreation.com.
What age can you start playing Beam Bam Gym?
Beam Bam Gym is a game accessible from 8 years old, for 2 to 4 players. It is ideal for gymnasts, their families, and friends.
Is the edition limited?
Yes. The first edition of Beam Bam Gym is limited to 1,500 copies. Once sold out, it will take 3 to 6 months before restock.
Exclusive bonus: the first 250 games are collector's items. A certificate of authenticity bearing the game's purchase number was included in the package for the games concerned. Nearly 300 games were sold during pre-orders, so not all pre-ordered games are covered by this certificate.
Can I return or exchange my game?
You have a period of 30 days after receipt to request a return, provided the product is in its original condition (unopened, unused). However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (with exceptions, please consult our return policy).

Is payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments on our site are 100% secure via Shopify Payments and its partners (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay…).
No banking data is stored by MCP Création.
